Since joining The Indigo Road family in 2017, Christopher Williamson has served in various roles, ultimately landing a gig as assistant manager at West Midtown’s Donetto. With a palpable enthusiasm for the restaurant industry, Williamson brings a razor-sharp focus and vivacious presence to the dining room, delighting guests with memorable experiences each evening.
A native of Athens, Ga., Williamson began his career in hospitality in high school, where he quickly recognized a knack for making people happy through service. For several years, Williamson worked in seaside restaurants at St. Simon’s Island, mastering his culinary knowledge and leadership skills. In August 2017, he moved to Atlanta and joined The Indigo Road team, where he helped open Donetto. Williamson has a passion for interacting with guests and continues to set an example for his team members with his positive, no-nonsense attitude.
When he’s not running the dining room at Donetto, Williamson enjoys reading, acting, and perhaps most importantly, eating Chick-fil-A. He enjoys living in the moment and goes by the nickname “Country Chris,” so not to be confused by his counterpart, Donetto’s General Manager Chris Amato.
