Following in the footsteps of her father (a longtime bartender and owner of 10 successful booze-infused establishments), Moore first began her foray into the industry in 2006 and never looked back. Fast forward to 2018, which led Moore to join the Donetto team, where she currently serves as beverage director.
Moore began to test the bartending waters as a shift leader at Columbia, S.C.'s Cafe Caturra, where she participated in various cocktail training programs and she absorbed the foundations and fundamentals of the craft. In 2013, Moore joined the team at Rosso Trattoria, where she immersed herself in the world of bartending, studying the Italian concept's didactic wine program and diving into countless books and articles on the subject. It was here where her first original cocktail officially landed on the menu - and then she was hooked. In 2015, Moore moved on to join the Indigo Road Hospitality Group family, leading the cocktail program at the group's Columbia concept The Oak Table before relocating to Atlanta, where she helped establish the beverage program at Hotel Clermont before ultimately landing at Donetto.
